The strategy document that Sophie prepared and sent to me immediately after the call was such a useful resource to refer back to. I love how clear the step-by-step plan was. Sophie helped me to separate out all the individual parts of launching a podcast so the whole process felt much clearer and not just a big messy, overwhelming mass of 'stuff to do' in my head! I also loved the additional 7 days of Voxer support with Sophie, where she offered such personalised support and answered my hundreds of follow-up questions. So I was implementing what we'd decided on during the call, but with the added support and further advice and tips that Sophie provided throughout.
